We are nucleo. We are a small team of dedicated technicians and consultants with extensive experience and expertise in our field. We prioritise the professional and personal development of our team to ensure that we work together as a cohesive and productive unit. Robert Brown
Robert is an IT Consultant with a Masters in Management Science from UCD with 25 years’ experience across a range of leading software and fin-tech brands.
Some of the brands Robert has worked for include PMI Software, Hutchison Telecoms and My Insolvency Report, all which specialise in lean software management.
In addition, he has built lasting client relationships focused on assisting business partners to deliver sustainable business growth that places them ahead of their competitors. He has worked with Maximo in the utilities sector for the past 11 years.
Jody Gilhooly
Jody is an IT Consultant with 21 years’ experience in the power and utilities sector in Ireland having completed a Masters in Management Science from UCD.
Jody possesses a deep skill-set founded around business analysis, project management and team lead experience together with niche skills centred around the data migration process having successfully managed a team throughout the project lifecycle at leading Irish utilities.
He has worked at Accenture for nearly 6 years and has worked with Maximo specifically over the past 11 years.
Laura Dennehy
Laura is a Solutions and Data Consultant with years of experience delivering work and asset management solutions within the utilities industry.
Her role includes solution development, stakeholder engagement, enterprise reporting, training and post go-live support. With over five years’ experience in Business Analysis and Solution Implementation, Laura works with clients to understand their data and processes, identify areas for improvement and implement their preferred solutions. Highly qualified and with an extensive skillset, Laura is a great asset to the utilities sector, and every team she supports.

Laura Hanover
Laura is a Solutions and Data Consultant who utilises work and asset management systems to manage, record, schedule and deliver large construction projects.
She has extensive experience working in the utilities sector managing enterprise system operations and interfaces, in particular Maximo, Oracle, GIS, Click and Syclo. Laura brings clarity, governance and visibility to processes and operations that would have previously operated as siloed units. Laura’s input enables vendors, who provide support services, to have clear, robust systems in which to record, schedule and claim for work complete, resulting in improved project management and cost accounting.

Fiachra O’Shaughnessy
Fiachra is a Solutions and Data Consultant with a primary focus on business analysis, project management and delivering large scale reporting solutions.
He has over 8 years’ experience supporting public sector bodies in the utilities, regulatory, health and financial services sectors, delivering business process improvement, data analytics, service design, solution evaluation and implementation. His ability to understand existing processes, identify opportunities and support implementation and delivery of change within organisations, makes him an asset to every team he works with.

Gemma Thorne
Gemma is a Business Change and Solutions Consultant with experience in leading business transformation projects which utilise digital solutions to optimise business operations across the areas of work and asset data management.
With over 7 years of management consulting experience spanning the water, transport, and health sectors, Gemma works in partnership with her clients to gather business requirements and identify process optimisation opportunities to drive improved business performance. She has extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams on technology value realisation projects to deliver the solution scoping, design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities. She is passionate about working with clients in asset-intensive industries to implement improved asset data management processes and systems to enable data-driven decision-making.
